It lies 50 m from a small beach and from the nearest links to the public transport network and is very close to the seafront promenade with its restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is 400 m away from the famous Playa Grande and it lies only 10 minutes' drive from Lanzarote Airport.

Guests have a choice of 33 apartments, 18 single rooms and 15 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe and a laundry service.
