This attractive apartment complex is situated at the heart of Puerto del Carmen yet is, at the same time, a very quiet complex ideal for a relaxed holiday. It lies 50 m from a small beach and from the nearest links to the public transport network and is very close to the seafront promenade with its restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is 400 m away from the famous Playa Grande and it lies only 10 minutes' drive from Lanzarote Airport.

Facilities

Guests have a choice of 33 apartments, 18 single rooms and 15 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe and a laundry service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. A fan ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed.
