It is a favourite place for snow sports lovers and mountaineers to relax as well as for those who like solitude, quiet and walking in the historical part of Bansko or into the centre in order to explore the rich cultural and historical heritage, the numerous shops and places of entertainment or taverns. The nearest bus and train stations are about 500 m away, and Sofia Airport is roughly 170 km.

14 apartments and 39 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a safe, a currency exchange service and a conference room are available. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.
