The country house is located in a quiet and secluded small development without a financial or service area, 4 km from La Vega de Santa Maria (Avila), 5 km from the junction with the road from Avila to Valladolid and 6 km from Velayos (Avila). It is about 120 km from Madrid on the A-6 using the Salamanca exit (km 100) and 15 km to the next town.
